About the position

Centre Jardin Cloutier Botanix is looking for a reliable and dynamic individual to fill a driver/deliverer position. You will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers, while supporting ongoing operations and curbside service when required.

Main responsibilities

Deliveries

• Perform deliveries according to established routes and schedules
• Verify order accuracy before departure (products, quantities, addresses)
• Safely unload merchandise according to product type
• Obtain required delivery confirmations (signature, photo, or other procedure)

Safety and vehicles

• Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and in good condition
• Promptly report any malfunction, damage, or incident
• Comply with the Highway Safety Code and internal safety instructions

Customer service

• Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service during deliveries
• Answer basic customer questions and refer as needed
• Positively represent the image of Centre Jardin Cloutier Botanix

Operations support

• Perform curbside service when required
• Participate in the loading and handling of products
• Collaborate with the yard, store, and delivery team

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Class 5)
• Relevant experience in delivery or driving commercial vehicles (significant asset)
• Good physical condition
• Availability for variable and seasonal schedules

• Handling of heavy loads
• Variable schedule depending on the season and operational needs
