About the position

Centre Jardin Cloutier Botanix is looking for drive-thru attendants to provide fast, courteous, and efficient service to customers. This role is essential to the customer experience and mainly involves assisting with loading purchases directly into vehicles.

The position is primarily outdoors, in an active, seasonal, and customer satisfaction-oriented environment.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers at the drive-thru
• Offer quick and courteous assistance with loading purchases
• Ensure products are handled with care
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Handling and Operations Support

• Load plants, bags of soil, materials, and other products into vehicles
• Collaborate with yard, store, and delivery teams
• Perform related tasks as needed based on traffic and requirements

Safety

• Apply health and safety instructions
• Use safe lifting techniques
• Report any risky situations or incidents

Desired Profile
